Effective date pending final legal review
Privacy
This prelaunch privacy notice explains how House of Hundred plans to handle founding-interest submissions and organizer applications. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
Information Collected
Founding-interest forms collect a chosen first name, email address, city, state, broad postal code, travel distance, event interests, optional community-role interests, consent confirmations, and an optional message. Organizer applications collect application contact details, resume files, experience answers, availability, compensation expectations, consent confirmations, and an optional message.
Information Not Requested
The public website does not request exact home addresses, government identification, legal names for founding-interest submissions, sensitive relationship history, or medical information.
Use
Submitted information is used to review founding interest, send founding updates when consent is provided, evaluate organizer applications, and plan Atlantic City community development.
Access and Storage
Public visitors may create submissions but may not read, list, modify, or delete submissions. Resume files are stored with restricted access in Firebase Storage and are intended to be accessible only to authenticated administrators with the approved role.
Analytics
Analytics, when enabled, should track only high-level events such as page views, CTA clicks, form started, and form completed. Names, emails, phone numbers, ZIP codes, resume metadata, free-text answers, relationship interests, and other sensitive interest information must not be sent to analytics.
